Titus 2:11-3:9
PassageThis letter from Paul instructed Titus to help the churches at Crete to get more organized and provides guidance on they should demonstrate their belief through good works. In Paul’s letter he mentions that we should renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, while living self-controlled and godly lives.
Several times Paul mentions the need to demonstrate our walk through good works, regardless of the perceived outcome. In Ephesians 2:10 Paul reminds us that we were created in Christ for good works. Let us remember to devote ourselves to good works, without concern for the outcome, only knowing that God has provided the opportunity for us to be His witness, and what better way to show Christ’s love than through our actions.
