Exodus 17 & 18

Passage

As Moses leads the Israelites to the Promised Land we can see how God is developing Moses. Although he has had some challenges with his character in the past we can see his behavior change. Instead of being confrontational, he seeks God’s direction when the people complain. He listens to advise from his father-in-law on how to govern the people effectively, And he adjusts his actions to what he sees God doing.

Once Moses was able to step back and see what God is doing, he was able to become the leader we honor. How are we able to listen and see what God is doing in our lives? Are we able to let go and let God?
